INDSO currently offers eight lightweight gel-based skincare products.

Each formula is designed to address a specific skin need while maintaining the same breathable, non-heavy texture. The range is intentionally limited to avoid unnecessary steps and over-complication.

We do not make foaming cleansers, heavy creams, or multi-step kits. Our focus is hydration-led care that fits easily into everyday routines.

3. Are INDSO products suitable for sensitive skin?

INDSO products are formulated with sensitivity and daily tolerance in mind.

All formulas are:

  • Dermatologically tested

  • pH-balanced

  • Non-comedogenic

  • Designed for repeated daily use

They are free from parabens, sulfates, artificial dyes, and mineral oil. While no product can be universally suitable for everyone, INDSO is developed to minimise irritation and routine fatigue.

INDSO formulations combine well-established clinical ingredients with carefully selected Indian-origin botanicals.

Examples include:

  • Clinical ingredients such as Niacinamide, Vitamin C derivatives, Salicylic Acid, and barrier-supporting actives

  • Botanical ingredients such as Ashwagandha, Turmeric, White Tea, Goji Berry, Aloe Vera, and Milk-derived components

5. Can INDSO gels be used with sunscreen?

Yes. INDSO gels are designed to layer comfortably under sunscreen.

A simple daytime routine:
Cleanse → INDSO Gel → Sunscreen → Makeup (optional)

For oily or acne-prone skin, lighter gels such as Orange Vitamin C Gel or Tropical Mixed Fruit Gel tend to layer particularly well under SPF.

We currently ship across India.

Orders are typically dispatched within 24–48 hours and delivered within 3–6 working days, depending on location.

8. What is your return or exchange policy?

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unopened and unused.

To initiate a return, please email contact@indso.in with your order number.

Due to hygiene standards, opened products cannot be returned.
